Log into your Anantham Silks account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Carefully pack the saree or garment in its original box with all authentic silk marks, tags, and the invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a signed pickup acknowledgement receipt.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality audit, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
